Join us for lunch in Florence! In our most recent class vlog, our group uncovered a hidden treasure located within the renowned luxury fashion retailer Luisa ViaRoma. Just upstairs, we found Floret—a charming café that seamlessly combines style, comfort, and exceptional cuisine.

 Upon entering, we were greeted by an inviting atmosphere. Picture cozy seating, abundant natural light, and a relaxing retreat from the bustling Florentine streets. It’s the ideal place to unwind, converse with friends, and enjoy a delicious meal. Naturally, we began with coffee—and it exceeded our expectations. Smooth, rich, and precisely what we were looking for to energize our afternoon. It’s also the perfect spot to pause during a day of shopping and enjoy the surroundings. The relaxing ambiance made it easy to lose track of time and fully enjoy the moment with friends.

Now, let’s discuss the food. Every dish we sampled was a perfect 10/10. The citrus omega bowl was fresh and bursting with flavor, which is ideal for a light yet fulfilling option. For a more indulgent choice, the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. We also enjoyed the avocado toast selections, particularly the smoked salmon avocado toast, which was beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully curated, which made the entire meal feel both elevated and comforting.
